“Discipline is choosing between what you want now and what you want most.” — Abraham Lincoln
We all have them. Some are good and many are bad. Believe it or not, the majority of our lives are driven by the habits we possess. Whether it is scrolling through social media before bed or going on a run every morning, habits are the day-to-day definition of who we are. All of us have goals and aspirations we would like to achieve in the future, but unfortunately, many of us believe they can be magically realized overnight.
I believe the majority of our future successes and happiness can only be achieved through a lifestyle of good habits and discipline. I hope to inspire and encourage others to develop good habits and become conscious of their habits as I believe they are the tools to help us to drive big change and become a better version of ourselves in the future.
